For the purposes of data protection laws, Anorance acts as a Data Processor regarding Candidate Data uploaded by our users.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and professional details.
Candidate Data: We process data contained in the resumes and documents you upload, which may include names, contact details, work history, and skills of third-party candidates. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from candidates to process their data via our Service.
Payment Data: All payments are processed by Fondy. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
Technical Data: We automatically collect log data, IP addresses, and browser types for security and service optimization.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:
Provide AI-driven candidate analysis and comparison. Process transactions and manage your subscription. Improve the performance and user experience of Anorance. Ensure the security of our platform and prevent fraud.

4. AI Data Processing and Security

Processing: We use advanced AI models (Large Language Models) to analyze the content of uploaded documents.
No Training: We do not use your uploaded candidate data or proprietary business information to train public AI models.
Encryption: All data transmitted to and from our Service is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. Data at rest is stored in secure, encrypted cloud environments.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share information only in the following cases:
Service Providers: With trusted partners like Fondy (for payments) and our cloud hosting providers.
Legal Compliance: If required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active. For users on the Trial Tier, candidate analysis data is automatically deleted after 7 days of inactivity to ensure data minimization. The period for which we retain your processed Candidate Data is strictly determined by your active subscription plan: Basic Plan: 14 Days. Professional Plan: 30 Days. Business Plan: 90 Days. VIP Plan: Indefinite (Manual Control). Once the retention period of your specific tier (7/14/30/90 days) expires, data is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered.
Upgrade Continuity: Upon upgrading to the VIP tier, all data previously associated with lower-tier subscriptions will be fully migrated and stored indefinitely. VIP users maintain exclusive control over their data, with the right to perform manual deletions at any time. Otherwise, data remains stored until account termination. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the Service settings or by contacting us directly. Once deleted, candidate data is permanently erased from our active databases.

7. Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure: The "Right to be Forgotten" — request that we delete your data.
Data Portability: Request a transfer of your data to another service.
