By accessing and using the website Anorance (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Service.

2. Description of Service

Anorance provides an AI-driven recruitment analysis platform that allows users to analyze candidate resumes, compare qualifications, and generate structured reports. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service supports files in .pdf and .docx formats. Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files are free from malware or corrupted data.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Anorance is not liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login data.

4. Subscription and Payments

Fees: Access to premium features is subject to the payment of fees as outlined in our pricing plans (Basic, Professional, Business, VIP).
Currency: All transactions are processed in Euro (€) unless otherwise specified.
Payment Provider: All transactions are handled by Fondy. By paying, you also agree to Fondy's terms. We do not store your credit card information.
Taxes: Users are responsible for any local taxes applicable to their purchase.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be provided for unused time.

5. Refund Policy

Strict Rule: You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase ONLY IF no AI analysis has been performed and no reports have been generated.
Finality: Once the AI processing of a candidate has started, the service is considered "consumed," and no refund will be issued.

6. AI Disclaimer & Liability

Accuracy: AI analysis is based on algorithms and may contain errors. Anorance does not guarantee the accuracy of rankings or summaries.
Decision Making: The Service is a decision-support tool. All final hiring decisions are the sole responsibility of the User. We are not liable for any employment-related outcomes or damages.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to upload and process the data of the candidates you submit.

8. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and AI-structuring logic are the property of Anorance. No part of the Service may be reproduced or reverse-engineered. VIP users utilizing the White Label feature represent that they own all rights to the uploaded logos. Anorance is not liable for trademark infringements caused by user-uploaded branding.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sole Proprietor Boiko Iryna Mykolaivna shall not be liable for any financial loss, loss of data, or recruitment failures arising from the use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Ukraine.

11. Changes to The Terms

Anorance reserves the right to modify this Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
