Refund Policy

1. General Overview

At Anorance, we provide high-quality AI-driven recruitment analysis. Due to the digital nature of our platform and the immediate computational costs associated with AI processing, all sales are final. Refunds are issued only under the strict conditions outlined in this Policy.

2. The 24-Hour Limited Refund Window

You are eligible to request a refund within 24 hours of the initial transaction ONLY IF the Service has not been utilized. The Service is considered "utilized" and non-refundable if:
You have performed at least one (1) AI analysis of a candidate.
You have generated or downloaded at least one (1) report.
You have utilized any premium features (e.g., "Compare Mode" or bulk data export).

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
The request is made after the 24-hour window has expired.
The user has already utilized the core features of the platform (as defined in Section 2).
The user "changed their mind" or found the AI results unsatisfactory due to subjective expectations.
Suboptimal results were caused by the user providing inaccurate or low-quality data for analysis.
The account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Technical Issues

If a confirmed system bug or a platform-wide outage prevents access to the Service, please contact support@anorance.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved in a reasonable timeframe, a full or pro-rated refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

5. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund, you must send an email to support@anorance.com with the following information:
Subject: Refund Request - [Your Account Name]
Details: Transaction ID, Date of Purchase, and Reason.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Fondy within 5-10 business days.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Initiating a bank chargeback without contacting Anorance support first is considered a breach of our Terms of Service. This will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to payment fraud monitoring systems.

7. Changes to the Policy

Anorance reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
